As the Founder and Managing Director of Fiducia Tax & Financial Solutions, Julie brings over 10 years of expertise in accounting, tax, finance, and business. With a background in both public practice and private industry, she spent six years at prominent public accounting firms like RSM, where she provided comprehensive services in accounting, tax preparation, business formation, tax planning, and advisory to small and medium-sized businesses. In 2020, Julie founded Fiducia Tax & Financial Solutions, leveraging her CPA credentials and life and health insurance license to offer strategic financial guidance. Her leadership drives the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional service, ensuring long-term client success and operational excellence. Julie holds a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Starting his journey with the firm in 2014 after completing his articleship, he has grown alongside the organization-rising to the position of Director through his dedication, skill, and leadership. A Chartered Accountant and Australian CPA, Chandramani has over a decade of experience supporting clients across the USA, UK, and Australia. He specializes in accounting and bookkeeping for sectors such as telecom. IT & SaaS, hospitality. real estate, and eCommerce. His proficiency in platforms like QuickBooks, Xero. ZohoBooks, and Netsuite enables him to design and implement efficient financial systems tailored to each business's needs.Chandramani also brings strong cross-border tax expertise. From individual and corporate filings to VAT. GST, and payroll tax compliance across the US, UK,Canada, Australia, and Singapore, he ensures that clients remain compliant while maximizing tax efficiency.
